Villa Karina

Villa Karina is located in a quiet village, 4 km from Poreč, surrounded by nature, without noise. The accommodation is ideal for families with children and for all those who want peace and relaxation. It is completely fenced, equipped with an outdoor pool, children's playground, badminton and volleyball courts. In the autumn and winter period it is also suitable for digital nomads. People with reduced mobility have access to the house via a ramp, without steps. There is a covered parking space for 2 cars and an additional uncovered parking space. There is a charging station for electric cars. There is a separate parking space for bicycles.

The house is equipped with modern furniture, designed and made in Italy. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room, a kitchen and a living room toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking and baking. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is also equipped with a cot. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated in winter with underfloor heating. For greater comfort and environmental friendliness, the building is equipped with a heat recovery system and fresh air supply. On the covered terrace there is a summer kitchen with a refrigerated display case for drinks, a gas grill and a dining set.

Next to the house there is an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a covered terrace, a children's playground and a badminton and volleyball court.
